Sharyn's Zucchini Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

6 cups grated zucchini

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

4 eggs

beaten

1 cup biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick®)

¼ cup canola oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix zucchini Swiss cheese eggs biscuit baking mix canola oil salt and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until well blended; pour mixture into a large pie dish.

Step 3

Bake until browned and eggs are set about 35 minutes.
