Salvadoran Salsa (Chimol) Recipe

Ingredients

2 radishes

finely chopped

1 bunch cilantro

chopped

3 medium tomatoes

finely chopped

1 small onion

finely chopped

2 pinches salt

or to taste

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 lemon

juiced

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine the radishes cilantro tomatoes onion salt and red pepper flakes. Stir in lemon juice. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving to blend the flavors.
