Ingredients

6 large potatoes

cubed

½ cup butter

cubed

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon pepper

¼ (2 pound) loaf processed cheese

cubed

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2

In a 9x13 inch casserole dish combine potatoes butter garlic salt and pepper.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Stir in processed cheese and stir to melt.
