Oven Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

1 small head cabbage

chopped

1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth

1 large onion

diced

1 cup salted butter

6 ounces chopped bacon

1 pinch seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)

or to taste

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Stir cabbage chicken broth onion butter bacon seasoned salt salt and black pepper together in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Bake in the preheated oven until cabbage is tender 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
