Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

In a medium bowl stir together the flour brown sugar baking powder and salt. Pour in the milk oil egg and vanilla and mix until well blended. Stir in the strawberries.
