2 large avocados - peeled

pitted

and mashed

2 tablespoons diced red onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

Step 2

Place bread slices on a baking sheet under the preheated broiler until toasted 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 3
