Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups diced ham

2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

canola oil for frying

2 eggs

Step 1
