1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

2 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon dry milk powder

1 tablespoon butter

¾ cup water

Step 1

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Medium cycle; press Start. When done remove bread from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
