Honey Macadamia Oat Bread

Ingredients

1 ½ cups warm water (115 degrees F/46 degrees C)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 ½ tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups oat flour

3 cups all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten flour

4 ounces macadamia nuts

ground

2 tablespoons fast-rising yeast

Step 1

Combine water olive oil honey and salt in a bread machine. Mix the oat flour all-purpose flour gluten flour and ground macadamia nuts in a large bowl until well blended. Sprinkle the flour mixture on top of the water mixture in the bread machine making sure to cover the water. Make two indentations in the flour mixture and spoon 1 tablespoon of yeast into each indentation.

Step 2

Select the Express Bake setting on the bread machine for a 2-pound loaf of bread; press start.
