1 cup olive oil

½ cup balsamic vinegar

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

chopped

½ cup fresh basil leaves

sliced

⅓ cup pine nuts

chopped

2 tablespoons water

⅛ teaspoon white sugar

In a bowl mix the olive oil balsamic vinegar sun-dried tomatoes basil pine nuts water and sugar. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
