A delightful wasabi dressing that I whipped up for coleslaw for Memorial Day but could be used in a vast variety of creations. If you want to increase the heat, add more wasabi or add red chili flakes. This can be used as a dressing, marinade, or dip. The possibilities are endless. Fish tacos, anyone?

Tongue Tinglin Wasabi Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup seasoned rice vinegar

1 cup honey

2 tablespoons wasabi paste

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon light sesame oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 dashes dark sesame oil

Combine vinegar honey wasabi paste peanut butter light sesame oil lime juice soy sauce black pepper and dark sesame oil in the bowl of a stand mixer; mix until smooth using whisk attachment.
