Air-Fried Shrimp Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients

½ pound large shrimp

peeled and deveined

1 small onion

cut into thin strips

1 small red bell pepper

cut into thin strips

1 small green bell pepper

cut into thin strips

cooking spray

1 tablespoon family-style fajita seasoning (such as Savory Spice Shop®)

or to taste

2 teaspoons lime juice

4 flour tortillas

warmed

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Combine shrimp onion and bell peppers in a bowl and lightly coat with oil spray. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the shrimp mixture; mix to combine. Transfer into the air fryer basket.

Step 3

Air fry for 8 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp mixture. Serve immediately with warm tortillas.
