Curried Baked Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

1serving cooking spray (such as Pam®)

2 pounds large shrimp

peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon curry powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon paprika

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Layer shrimp in the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 3

Mix butter Dijon mustard lemon juice honey curry powder salt and paprika together in a bowl. Pour over shrimp.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until shrimp are no longer transparent stirring twice about 20 minutes.
