2 cups whole wheat flour

¼ cup baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 eggs

2 cups milk

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 large apple - peeled

cored and diced

1 cup butter

1 cup dark brown sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

½ cup dark molasses

Step 1

In a large bowl stir together the flour baking powder salt and cinnamon. Pour in the milk eggs and oil; stir just until smooth. Mix in the apple.

Step 2
