Naked Turkey Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground lean turkey

½ medium onion

chopped

2 egg whites

½ yellow bell pepper

diced

1 jalapeno pepper

finely chopped

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 clove garlic

minced

1 teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Step 1

Combine turkey onion egg whites bell pepper jalapeno tomato paste garlic paprika and salt in a bowl. Form into about 18 patties.

Step 2

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat bottom with oil. Pan-fry the patties in batches until no longer pink in the centers 3 to 4 minutes per side.
