Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Salt and pepper

to taste

2 large pieces naan (Indian flatbread)

2 medium potatoes

sliced thinly on mandoline

4 Farmland® Original Pork Sausage Links

cooked

cut into pieces

2 large eggs

2 sprigs rosemary

leaves removed from stems

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat and add flour. Allow to cook stirring frequently for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add milk whisking constantly until just reaching a simmer. Stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place naan on baking sheet and top generously with cheese sauce leaving a little crust uncovered.

Step 5

Top with potato slices leaving open place in center for egg followed by sausage. Place egg in center and bake until lightly browned and warmed through 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from oven and top with fresh rosemary.
