Mediterranean Tuna Pizza

Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water

drained and chunked

1 pizza crust (homemade

from a can

or premade crust)

2 ½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

divided

1 cup spinach

stems removed

leaves torn into bite-size pieces

1 red onion

chopped

2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic or fresh

1 roma (plum) tomato

chopped

2 leeks (white and pale green parts only)

thinly sliced

Salt to taste

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 teaspoon Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 2

Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil and spread spinach over top.

Step 3

Combine remaining 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil red onion garlic tomato leeks tuna and salt in a small bowl. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Top with crumbled feta cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese if using.

Step 4

Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes or as directed on crust package. Slice and serve!
