This is an easy recipe that uses a cake mix for the crust. You can use your imagination to decorate it with your favorite fruit. The cream cheese layer and the fruit glaze make the fruit pop in your mouth. Delicious!

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

2 eggs

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

softened

2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon almond extract

½ cup sliced fresh strawberries

or as desired

½ cup diced pineapple

or as desired

½ cup sliced fresh peaches

or as desired

½ cup white sugar

½ cup orange juice

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup water

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease two 12-inch pizza pans.

Step 2

Mix cake mix eggs and vegetable oil together in a bowl until batter is just mixed; press into the prepared pizza pans.

Step 3

Bake crust in the preheated oven until lightly browned about 10 minutes. Remove crusts from oven and cool completely at least 30 minutes.

Step 4

Whisk cream cheese confectioners' sugar and almond extract together in a bowl until smooth; spread onto the cooled crusts.

Step 5

Arrange strawberries pineapple and peaches on the cream cheese layer.

Step 6

Combine white sugar orange juice lemon juice water and cornstarch together in saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until glaze is thickened 5 to 10 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and refrigerate glaze until cooled about 20 minutes.

Step 7

Drizzle glaze over fruit and refrigerate pizza until chilled at least 30 minutes.
