White Pizza Dip II

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup chopped pepperoni

1 (1 ounce) envelope herb and garlic soup mix (such as Lipton®)

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 loaf Italian bread

sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Stir the sour cream ricotta cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese pepperoni and herb and garlic soup mix together in a 1-quart casserole dish.

Step 3

Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.

Step 4

Bake in preheated oven until bubbly about 30 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with the Italian bread.
