Grandma's Shrimp Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 cup chopped cooked shrimp

¼ cup finely chopped celery

1 teaspoon finely chopped onion

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

or to taste

8 slices white bread

Directions

Step 1

Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth; add ketchup and mustard and stir until smooth.

Step 2

Mix shrimp celery onion and garlic powder together in a separate bowl; add cream cheese mixture and mix to coat. Divide shrimp mixture between 4 bread slices and spread into an even layer; top with remaining bread slices.
