Bacon Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

1 frozen cauliflower pizza crust

½ cup ranch salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 slices cooked bacon

crumbled

3 green onions

chopped

⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 2

Place cauliflower pizza crust onto a baking sheet or baking steel. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the crust.

Step 3

Combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a small bowl; mix to combine and place on top of dressing. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese bacon and green onions. Add blue cheese.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown 12 to 15 minutes.
